At this extremely special exhibition visitors could listen to baroque music on their phones using a QR code associated with each photo. At the opening of the exhibition H.E. Ambassador Katalin Kissné Hlatki, H.E. István Demeter András Minister of Culture of Romania and Eugen Negrea, President of the Romanian Association of Photographers, greeted the guests.
At the invitation of the Liszt Institute in Bucharest, photographer János Demeter, head of the Wilderness Association that operates the Public Hunting Collection of Szeklerland, arrived in the Romanian capital with a special nature photography exhibition “accompanied” by baroque music. In addition to the 15 large nature photos printed on canvas, by scanning a QR code for each image, visitors can listen to baroque music on their own mobile phone while viewing the photos.
At the opening of the exhibition, Ambassador Katalin Kissné Hlatki greeted the visitors, saying: “In János Demeter’s exhibition, the harmony of music and visual experience provides special artistic moments that place traditional exhibition forms in a new dimension… Nature photos cannot be taken without devoted, receptive patience and wonder… The exhibition offers an innovative, interactive experience, during which visitors can immerse themselves in the dialogue between music and photography. This exhibition, which offers a novel experience, will also appeal to the new generation.”
