H.E. Katalin Kissné Hlatki, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary, on 26 June 2026 attended an event celebrating the five-year anniversary of the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre (E-ARC), operating under the auspices of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The organization, which began as an institutional response to the increasingly complex security environment, has now grown into a recognized centre for research, analysis and capacity-building at the intersection of democratic resilience and Euro-Atlantic cooperation. The event was attended by members of the diplomatic corps in Bucharest, as well as high-ranking government and military officials, reflecting the trust earned and the network built by E-ARC over five years of hard work.
